Analysis
All information delivered from the KNKV now has been made up with the same style and design. Communication from the association can be recognised by the yellow and blue colours and the logo on top of the documents, websites and e-mails.
Internal communications tend to be charged with positivity, even when systems go down, the positive sides are kept alive and will be broadcasted. Also the ways in which the problem will be tackled is communicated alongside the message, so that staff and volunteers know what is going to happen.
When calling in to the KNKV the telephone is answered quickly by a friendly person that tries to help you trough your problem and, even with more complicated questions, will get back to you the next working day. In tests conducted throughout the year, all questions where fully answered within two working days.
Members of an organisation of this size tend to be very divided in several areas. there are mainly four groups in which the members of the KNKV can be divided.

-
Progressives
The first group is progressive towards the rules of the game and towards changing the organisation around the game.
-
Gamecons
The second group can be seen as progressive towards the rules of the game, but reluctant to change any organisational aspects.
-
Transorgs
The third group is reluctant to change anything about the rules, but however are progressive towards changing the organisation surrounding it.
-
Conservatives
The final group is a very conservative one, where both the game as the organisation should be kept as is or even returned into the old situation as was a couple of years ago. This group often longs towards the old organisational structure and generally has been a member of the organisation for a long time.
One could roughly say that a similar matrix is present among and inside the korfball clubs that are a member of the KNKV. Looking at an international field, one can conclude that there is a bigger willingness to alter both organisational and change game rules among foreign korfball players, however no full research has been conducted in this field.
Time consumption within the professional organisation is pretty efficient. People say what they do and reversed. This causes a great reliability, however sometimes also form a debate amongst the volunteer organisation that misses the flexibility.
